I had a meeting today called 'retrospective meeting' which I never had it before in Korea.
The subject of the meeting was simple.
After making the release of some specific version, we usually discuss how to make it better on the next version of the release.
We could say something in that meeting relates to the questions such as 'what went wrong, what did we good, how could we make this better' something like this.
I had not done the meetings something like this before, so at first, looked very curious and suspicious.
Are we allowed to say something like this?
Is this something that should do just for the leaders?
Folks are the same here and there.
But the cultures are definitely different.
These people look ok to tell something like this to each other.
I haven't much say in this meeting, but I feel like I got the atmosphere and I feel myself getting better and better.
Hope I could do better at the next meeting.
